I think i might blog more if i didn't have to work so hard to get to my own blog... lol yea sad i know.
bunch of rambles hope you all can read this run on blah stuff im going to through down here.... if not it helped me ... I hope...
a friend started a challenge and that was she wanted help to run 100 miles and we could walk or run.... Hannah stopped playing soccer cause she didn't like ALL the running but she wanted me to do Girls on the run ( they were looking for coaches at one point) just so you know the g.o.r is NOT only for running its really more for the girls to come as one kind of thing...... back to Challenge... I took it for 2 reasons... in 2 days my daughter (hannah) had walked over 14miles she went for a walk with me and then her sister and then me again that night... and i really need to lose weight... ( not doing so good on that).....
IM NOT a runner... I am doing just under a mile of jog/walk... will list my times thus far...
thoughts...
1. I want to run a mile in 10 or less
2. Im giving myself a month if im not any better i quit.
3. my knees and legs are HURTING ( was told to take it easy for a bit but i think its just they are not used to it.. )
what do you think on that?
4. I told Hannah that if she would run with me 3 days a week.. and we did get better i would see about doing girls on the run with her...
5. she is going to play soccer this fall ( if we get them in on time) along with Grace ( yea)
this is the same rout just sometimes i must start the thing sooner than others cause the distance is not all the same so just telling you the times of like .96-.99 :)

Aug 12 - 14:26 i was really mad about this time.. ( i ate about all day and then just before.. not only did i get cramps on top of my knee and legs feeling it... but i really pushed myself... I wonder if I dont eat today ( all day) and just before if i can beat that time... ??? we will maybe see.....
